Failure to deliver goods bought and failure to refund

Lewis store in Sasolburg is a disgrace, the manager Gift Leboko is unprofessional and takes customers for granted, he **** about submitting my documents for a refund after he failed to deliver the bed I bought cash for over a month. I would never recommend Lewis to any of my friends and family.
