Failed to deliver my kitchen scheme

On the 15th November 2023 I went lewis at Sterkspruit branch in Eastern Cape to buy a kitchen scheme and I found out that it will be on sale on black Friday which started on the 23 November 2023 the person who works there told me I can buy it and make the payment in advance and as soon as black Friday starts I will get my kitchen scheme on that day or the following day and asked if they had them in stock and he said yes. It's been weeks now waiting for them to deliver I tried to call the guy and ask what is happening and he told me that they were out of stock, I got angry because at first he said they had them and now he's telling me that they don't have them. The worst part is that they do not communicate with me I am the one who has to call them and find out what is happening... I am so ****ed off right now and want my money back because I paid R6000 cash.
