Failed to deliver and false advertising

I bought a Washing machine, TV, entertainment system and microwave from Lewis Wellington and was promised it would be delivered this past Friday. However on Friday they only delivered the TV and entertainment system and nobody even bothered to explain to me where the rest of my stuff is. It's Wednesday already and I'm still waiting. The TV, entertainment system and microwave was advertised with a cash back but the store manager told me they don't have money. This is false adverti*****t. I am so frustrated by now cause this is after I had to go into the store every day for almost two weeks cause there was always a problem. This is such terrible service from Lewis. They promised on Friday I will get everything. Now they're just silent and I refuse to go all the way back to the store because it's their responsibility to let me as the client know what's going on.
