Extremely terrible service

So I have a problem with the Lewis store In Klerksdorp OR Tambo street Iv been there so many times to go report that my washing machine has a malfunction and isn’t working. Mind you this is the second time that this washing machine is being reported cause it went in for repairs the first time and came back but still the same problem I went early 2018 to report that the washing machine is broken again and that I need assistance I was told I would be called regarding that query till today no call A few months later that would be mid 2018 I requested my brother to load that machine in his Van and take it to Lewis store Upon arrival there he was told to go back home with that machine I then called the store and no help was rendered to me instead it was a back and fourth I skipped a few days and called a again and it was the same story I went there again 14 March 2020 and a lady helped me and told me that she would log my query and before a technician comes they would call me and then the technician would come on site Till this very day that I’m writing this no technician has come to my place for the fixing of the machine I’m truly disappointed in the manner that this whole query has been handled Mind you my warranty on that machine expires in 2 months I really believe that this whole process has been unfair and I would pleasenlike assistance
