Extremely poor service from Lewis

My complain, is with Lewis Store Retreat Cape Town. Bought a twin tub washing machine from them early 2020.This is now the 3rd time that it needs to be repaired. Going in for the 4th week now for them to come out to complete the repair work they started. This is really poor customer service as I work in Retail myself. My debit goes off on time but my washing machine is not working. I'm furious as I'm typing.. They always full of excuses when I contact them. And I refuse to deal with the Branch's staff. I hope this will get them to speed up things before I decide to cancel my debit order and take the machine back for a full refund.
