Extremely poor customer service at Lewis stores

So I took out a loan with Lewis stores in Feb 2019 - upon completing my loan account they still proceeded with deducting the monthly installments - so I took this matter up with the manager of which he investigated and came back with feedback that they continued to deducting the payments which were for the loan account and allocated the payments to my furniture account. By then it was already the 30th of Oct 2019 when another unathorized payment of R667,00 was deducted, I was called into the store and was credited that amount back, but apparently they were awaiting an authority number to authorize the refund of the previous two payments that they deducted without my consent. A day's wait turned into a week and when I called the branch I was told that the funds were returned into my account because the authority number was never provided by whomever had to authorize it, so it was back to square one , they had to re-start the process of filling in the form and sending them through and wait for an authorization, I was also advised to lodge a coplain with head office, which I did on 7 Nov. Head office investigated and provided feedback that the funds have been re-allocated they are just waiting for it to reflect on my account. I phoned again on Friday the 15th and still it was not showing on their side. Today is Monday 18 Nov and after back and forth telecommunication the funds are still not reflecting in the account and the excuse this time is that they are expiriencing some technical problems with their IT department therefore they are not able to see if the funds came through or not. It has now been three weeks later of endless apologies and excuses and I am now fed up of being patient and understanding. How long could it possibly take to obtain an authority number so that I can be refunded what is due to me, funds that I never agreed to have been deducted in the first place? Now, I am just awaiting the next excuse as I have been told that I will be contacted when this technical issue is sorted. This is just the tip of the iceberg - In 2018 - just aftter 3 or 4 months that I purchased a kitchen unit - the surface started shrinking and peeling off - I reported this to the store manager on numerous occasions and it saddens me to say that a year later this complaint still has not been attended to. Every time I went to store to report I was told that they are going to send someone to come and access the damage - thus far no one has been to view the kitchen unit which is now in an appalling state and I continue to paying installments of something thats not in a satisfactory state. Had I known I was going to experience such poor and unsatisfactory service from Lewis store together with their head office I would not have entered in any contractual agreement with them and I would not advise anyone to walk the same path as I did.
