Extremely Disappointed

Can Lewis Stores Eldorado Park really be begged for 3 literally 3 weeks in a row since I purchased a lounge suite from them. They have been advise numerous times since delivery that the one recliner chair is not working and to date "someone has been sent out. Logged a complaint with their client services and they are also promised to send a technician or whoever they want to send to have a look at it. I hope after something will be done now that I've commented on the POOR service I'm receiving.
