EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

Today I went to Lewis Store Secunda Branch to pay my dad's account ,I went to the cashiers and was attended by a lady unfortunately i can't remember her name but her description is as follows she is short,a little bit dark in complexion with braids on & she talks a bit slow.The cash that I had needed change and she rudely said to me she does not have change I must go get change or pay elsewhere,I went to one of the sales consultant to call the manager for me and the lady calmly offered me change and went to the cashier with me to understand why she did that and this cashier still gave attitude and continue to say If the customer wanted to speak to the manager then take her to the manager,she then took my stuff while she was chit..chatting on the phone ,without showing any interest on me and lately said to me I can't connect with your branch and never gave me alternative ways or put in any effort to help me,I called their customer care to complain and they just said they will call the branch and get back to me without even taking my contact details ,2 hours passed and still no feedback, then took my stuff went to Leandra Branch as I desperately needed to pay the account and I got helped it didn't even take me 5 minutes.The cashier from Secunda has attitude and clearly doesn't have customer service.The service I received was extremely horrible if only i could that time I was going to pay off the account and end business with them,I never felt this disrespected in my life
