Exploiting poor illiterate unsuspecting customers

Out of desperation I took an item on credit. The item was priced at R 22 000 and I later learnt it’s actually R 12 000 at game.

On top of that R 22 000 price they add interest and the debt goes to over R 40 000. At the store you are distracted you don’t pay much attention to this ridiculous deal.

Then there’s the sales lady telling you you are required to take another item for delivery to be made same day or else you will have to wait for 5 days. It’s just a lot of nonsense now that I reflect.

Came back to my senses after paying many instalments and realising 60% of the money I’m paying goes to interest and other nonsense admin fees. Tried to negotiate settlement amount and they are still trying to exploit still!

Sitting at the store you hear elderly people being misled into these arrangements.

I have paid up the damn thing and as I promised your office, I will love to warn others of your ***** business I don’t even know how this is all legal!
