My name is Donavan Dunga, and I am a new customer at Lewis. I’m writing this review with a genuine smile on my face after receiving outstanding service from Aunty Paula Booysen at the Lewis Eldorado Park branch.

She was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, she made me feel like a truly valued customer and went out of her way to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism and warm attitude made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.

Kudos to her excellent work. I honestly wish more major retail outlets and service-based companies had employees like her. I highly recommend that anyone visiting this specific Lewis store ask for Paula Booysens — you definitely will not regret it.
