Excellent service from Lewis

I would like to thank Lewis for promptly resolving my matter after a long hassle. Special thanks to Carol from the complaints department, who diligently attended my issue and continuously making follow-ups through phone calls... My brand new bed was delivered yesterday and I'm very delighted. It is people like Carol that makes things worthwhile, making sure customers' satisfaction is of utmost importance.
