Excellent service

Today as I entered Lewis store, the atmosphere was different, the cashier service was excellent, the lady by the name Mrs Tsakani Mayana,she was at my service and also apologized for the error she said about the arrears, she was perfect I plead with Lewis store erea managers to hire most staff like Mrs Tsakani Mayana,who knows how to explain and apologize ,thanx Mr Mel for the service I got today.
