Excellent Service

I would like to compliment a job well done to Charmaine Struwig from Lewis furniture store in Rooderpoort, who took it upon herself to assist me with a ********** furniture application that was taking place in my name.

Someone went to the store yesterday with ********** documents imposing me, and Charmaine being a good consultant who is determined at her job managed to pick up every single info provided on those documents that something was not adding up, so she took it upon herself to call my HR manager and went through all the details that were supp**** to her, then my HR Manager confirmed that the information she has there clashes with the actual info about me. Charmaine then declined the application based on those facts and contacted me personally.

So Charmaine, someone else would have proceeded with a sale (commission), but you decided to do your job and save me from paying an account that I don't know of.
