enraged customer

I do not recommend anyone purchasing from Lewis store. I was instantly given credit and when i was chosing my product they were out of stock. i had no choice but to pick what was on floor. at the time of delivery i was promised same day delivery unfortunatley goods were only delivered 4 days later. the refridgerator that was delivered was faulty and they had agents come home to sort and still now there are many faults this is a new account and i was only like a week late with payment and they are ready to attach the goods. i am an elderly woman that collects a social grant and explained to the store that i will be late with payment but they did not assist me in any way.....please refrain from dealing with these people
