Enquiry made on my profile without my permission

Good afternoon. I am writing as I want about Lewis Group making enquiries on my profile without my permission. I did not visit Lewis Group nor bought any furniture. I am therefore requesting the group to stop making enquiries on my profile. I have text message as evidence. I will take further steps as this is not happening for the first time
