empty promises

I & my mother went to a Lewis store in Idutywa in 2018 May, in no time the fridge is not working ,We called for the pick up for the fridge to be fixed you gave us delays in picking it up eventually they came to to pick it up. Now Lewis is making up empty promises about delivering it back to our home,The most sickening thing is that I paid for that fridge every time when I try to get hold you customer care office ,your service is rotten poor like gross stinky rotten.I promise you one thing I will never recommend your store to any1 because you take your customers for a piece of **** while they paying your salaries. I am disgusted that my mother has to go to much stress only because Lewis is so ********. you all **** me off with your bull**** service. sort this **** right now as quick as possible ,I dont have a problem with taking this up. You guys are ****ed up. sort this **** out now
