I have made the complete payment and have no outstanding balance anymore. I requested a simple letter confirming the payment, but they informed me that I have to wait. Apparently, there is a waiting period for such requests, and the earliest I can receive it is on Monday. Can you believe it? For a mere letter, they expect me to wait. I inquired about whether the payment is reflected in their records at the head office, and indeed it is. I even checked with TransUnion, and it indicates that they only updated my payments three months ago, and currently, I am not in debt to them. Could you please do me the favor of emailing me that paid up letter?
