****ed beyond measures

I do not have suitably correct words to describe my terrible experience at Lewis store in Stanger, I have been up and down, in an dout of that store hoping they fix the mess that THEY made but no luck.

I have reached my maximum level of being ****ed and disgusted, firstly they over charge my account, secondly they debit even 3 times if they want to, thirdly they say they cant refund me. I'm not sure if its the staff or the system that is ****ty. But something is not right in that place.
