Early debit order

I have an account with Lewis stores in Wynbeerg Cape Town.

I have an agreement with them to debit me on the 27th of each month which has been happening until this month December 2025 when they have decided without my permission to debit me before that Date I went to them on the same date of the debit order which was the 11 December 20205 and told them that I have not gotten paid yet and that money was my last money for traveling to work and other household needs they asked me to email a bank statement which I did on the same day and again the following day but still have not received my money . I will never do business again with them and will make sure that everyone I know knows about my experience with them.
