Dual Derbit order for one account

This people have a serious problem of duplicating Derbit orders, I went yo the store to change banking details for the Derbit order from capitec to FNB and they did it but they didn't cancel the old Derbit order from capitec, now 2 Derbit orders went through which is *********** and unprofessional of them become it's the second time it happens to me this year. In January they did the same and I struggled to get my refund while my other commitments were affected by the dual Derbit order
