Double debit

Im so annoyed. App**** for an account. Was approved. The first debit order went off on saturday. Today you debited another amount. I got debited twice. I called the store they said i should come in they will refund me. Got there now and they saying they cannot help. What THE HELL LEWIS!!!! I need that money!
