DONT SUPPORT OR BUY FROM LEWIS - AFTER SALE SERVICE SUCKS

for the last 9 weeks i have been trying to get a laptop fixed that i bought from lewis pretoria north, i called and called and called, eventually i spoke to lewis head office, this past saturday i then called once again to PTA NORTH, o the person gasped and responded with "have they not called you back" "let us make an appointment now" needless to say i was not amused, and put the phone down, WHY WHY WHY WHY must i keep on calling back at MY expense and yet LEWIS does nothing - I regret the fact that i have given my business to them, my parents introduced me to LEWIS and now all lewis can do is sponsor KELDERS VAN GEHEIME... yet their loyal customers get treated like *******
