Don't EVER buy at this Store. Spare yourself the stress.

From manager to sales staff is a total wreck! The unprofessionalim and manner in which they address clients. I bought furniture on the 7th of August. Upon delivery, my husband discovered that 2 couches was broken. They said they will replace it. They send their driver to my house WITHOUT my consent or making arrangements with me or my husband, they just send the guy to drop of the new couches. I have young kids at home and I DO NOT appreciate or allow ANYONE access to my home WITHOUT prior arrangements. But nah, these people are so disrespectful they think that whenever it suits them they can just walk in and out of your house as they please. On top of this, since the 7th of August and I'm STILL waiting for my cashback. It's been a week now.. I mean, really???

Lewis store gives me the impression that they are only profesional until you sign the documents, after that, you get treated like *******.

At this stage xi just want you to cancel the contract and come fetch your things from my house.

I don't have time for nonsense!!!!!!!

And while you at it, tell Janette, your manager that she is very rude!
