Dont buy from lewis

Lewis stores. A big fat headache from day one. You can even log a complain at Head Office,they are useless. My problem is not resolved. My credit score is now 💩 Don't buy from them. Here my story: In desember they Called me I qaulify. I decided on a washing machine. I told them I want my first debit order to needs to be in January.and every second week. They said no problem. January came they called me my account is in arrears I should have paid my first installment in des???? I need to pay them immediatelly or they will.come fetch the washing machine. In march I went to the branch to move my debit order to weekly deductions. I struggled 4months for them to assist me. I will go to the branch the system is offline. They promised numerous times they will come to me empty promises no lewis employee. Im in arrears now who is to blame and lewis just say I must pay it.My responsibility.Like Whatt when i wanted to sort out my payments no assistance The employees at the branch think its a joke they laugh. Very very dissapointed
