Dont buy from Lewis

I went into Lewis Mdantsane Branch 1001 and purchased a Oxford Wall Unit Oak item code 230106 on a installment. I stuck to all the rules and regulations when it came to my payment terms without default. account number 004375-01. The hinges are starting to break as well as the oak lamination is pealing off all over this wall unit. I have been into this store and spoken to the store manager. This problem was reported to the store manager in January 2018 and we subsequently had to wait until March 2018 for them to come and fetch it where as far as I am aware it stood at the Lewis store for March 2018. The Manager from this store now tells me that the factory has offered to replace it. I am not happy with that as I feel the same thing will happen again as they are mass produced. When they came and took this unit away they did not even the decency to give me something to put my TV on. It was just put on the floor. I find your service totally unacceptable and disgusting that you must treat elderly people like this. I do not want anything in replace as after paying such a large amount of money and getting treated like this is not right. To bring to your attention as well this 6 month installment was paid in full within 4 months
