Dont buy at lewis

I fail to understand that 1 year after applying for credit of 22k and making payment totalling almost 14 k that my balance still show shy of 21k owing. They seem to be *********** clients with below quality products yet on the 15th of a month you get an sms to maintain a good credit score pay your acc now but payment is due last day of the month. Still waiting my free gift. Why does these companies get away with below average service to clients.
