Don't shop at Lewis Stores at all!!!!!!!!

I laybyed a wardrobe last month the 25th of march, sales consultant was hungry for sales and told me the laybye is for 3 months, the 25th of April she calls me saying the item laybyed by me is the only one left and if any one with cash or credit comes in they are going to sell it to that person, I then paid the full balance last week Thursday and asked when are they going to deliver and the lady said on Friday which was last week, it was never delivered, they promised to deliver it on Tuesday which was the day before yesterday, but they did not, they further promised to deliver it yesterday only to bring me the wrong colour which I did not want, they promised to deliver it today, I called them but the lady today is giving me the different story, the colour I wanted is no longer available which makes me think that they did sell what I have already laybyed to someone else, now she is promising to search for the correct colour nationwide then they will borrow me the wrong delivered wardrobe until they get the one I initially wanted, the question is, can they be trusted? what if they never find that colour and force me to keep the one I don't want and say I have already used it? what's happening in that store is chaotic, today I want my full refund because the item I wanted they gave it to someone more important than me so they need to bring back my money and no termination fee because this is their fault.
