Doesn't keep arrangements
<p>Lewis Stores at it again. So since my last issue, an arrangement was suggested to me, not one that I made, that they bring a card machine to set up a debit order. That did not happen and who's fault is it? Mine apparently. I have the money in my account and they send someone to collect cash from me. And then tell me the debit order can't be done!!! What in the actual ****?! Lewis is a bunch of con artists and this is the reason don't have emails. So they can make bull**** arrangements and then lie and say they didn't. And then 100s of people call you to explain the same thing. And they refuse to give you their names. If you want your money, COME WITH THE MACHINE!! Like YOU said!!! And then they wanna call me "girlfriend" over the phone. I've read so many reviews on the damn store. This is how they do things. Pity I read it too late. </p>
I would also like to add that they claim the person I had made the arrangement with does not exist and that they have no one working at their head office by that name. A common practice it seems. You can not trust them to stick to their agreements and this matter will now be taken further.

I've received further news that they were at my cousin's place. (My reference). She will be taking this further. She's being harrased too. For something she has nothing to do with.

I have spoken to a lovely lady named Maggie. She has given me her email address and direct contact number. Thank you Maggie for giving such good service. And for solving my issue. I really do appreciate the way I was spoken to and the apology she gave me for actions that were not her own has been noted.
