Does not bake on top - the Indicators off

I am not very happy - I started complaining in 2015 about my gas stove I bought from Lewis Stores on account. The stove does not bake on top and burns everything on the bottom. The stove indicators are off - you can not see by most of the 7 knobs which is for which stove - real china ****. <br> I reported this - after a view complaints I phone again and evidently Lewis send a man to my house to investigate. He promised to phone me in that week - he did not. Then I phoned the Lady who was working with my complaint - she tried to phone him - he did not answer. She promised to phone me back - it never happens. I am really not satisfied with the product. I complained a view times - to no avail. Could Lewis Head Office sort this problem out for me and give me another gas stove - a better make than the one I can not bake in or see the indicators.
