Lewis in Palm springs mall Orange farms, they run the store like a tuck-shop, a few months ago my mom sent someone who works at the shopping complex to pay an account... A few days ago they asked her why mom mother hasnt payed the last month.

Mind you my mother has communicated with the head office regarding the missed payment.
