Do not want to honor warranty

I bought a washing machine at Lewis Stores Hercules in September 2013, with a three year warranty. The spinner is not working and I phoned Lewis Stores Hercules, who said that an arrangement would be made to pick up the washing machine.<br> On 13 January 2016 I phoned Suzette at Lewis Hercules to said that no arrangement was made to pick up the machine for repairs. She phoned me back to say that the three year warranty has expired, after only two years and three months. I tried to argue that the warranty was supposed to expire on September 2016.<br> The machine is still under warranty and I want Lewis Stores to honor that warranty.
