Do not trust Lewis with your funeral cover!

End of August, I requested cancellation of my funeral policies, but they failed to action it, and continue to deduct money from my account.

Their call centre is a joke - I held for over an hour only to get cut off.

Emails are ignored, and they've blocked the bank from stopping the debit order.

It's been 3 months of battling, and I'm still being **********. No response from Lewis and money STILL being deducted from my bank accounts.
