DISRESPECTFUL, ,OBNOXIOUS AND CARELESS LEWIS STUFF MEMBERS

I bought a tv at Lewis and asked Lewis to deliver it at home in idutywa they did not until My mom on 28 November 2024 went to fetch it at the store ( Branch 1025 -LS Idutywa shop No 2 Richardson street Idutywa.) they gave a T.V when she asked to open the box to test the tv at the store the manager told her its not allowed only to find out later they gave her a TV that was not working and had a stretch on the corner and according to how they behaved they knew it was not working. After 20 min she brought back the TV but was told it was not their fault so they will not take back the TV ,She left it at the stere even today its 17-12-2024 no one from Lewis has bothered themselves to call me back as I dont have the TV.
