Disrespectful

It's irritating and disrespectful that I get from Lewis stores calling me on weekly basis while I told them the day that I am going to pay, and they're rude the lady who claim to be from the so called head office she's rude, lack customer service. My dad and uncle are hospitalized for heaven sake and I'm caring they're account yet I'll be harassed by calls each and every week. After payment before payment and it's irritating because those calls are adding the bills
