Disrespected and taken for granted

I bought a kitchen unit from Lewis postmasburg, the unit is not in good state the doors are falling apart. I bought it in December and i have compliant since then, I even called the head office but nothing has been done yet. I feel disrespected and taken for granted. I am very much disappointed by the service and thier treatment
