Disrepectfull staff member

I have never felt so humiliated and disrepected as a costumers before .On the 23 Desember 2021 I have went to a lewis store in Parow(chinatown) to enquire about my debit order that went of and I have already paid my account the previous day.I was greeted by a lady named daphne and I started to explain my situation regarding the debit that went of and ive already paid .She started by saying she cannot see my account because I did not open it there and ive been paying my account for the last 12 months at this branch.I ask her if she couldnt call the other branch which the account was open and she brushed me off and her voicetone became very disrepectful and loud .then she continued saying that my account is in arrears (which has been arragnged )outloured infront of other people in the store.Her (daphne) whole demeaner and attitide were so stinky and direspectfull that I just ask her name and if she could help me which she aggressivly answer NO and I just said thank you and walk out. Regarding the double payment I am still waiting on a return call from headhead office also I will never in my life support this establishment again or refer anyone to them as I do not think its right to disrepect client in sush a manner
