Dishonesty by Lewsis store

The shop has no good service i had a problem when i first purchased. I had to call everyday to follow up on the purchase. Now recently i received 3 sms from them asking me to come to the store to get a lil gift and b. Day cake just a token of appreciation from them. When i got to the store they was nothing there. I would like to find out why are they sending the sms if it's not true
