Dishonesty

I purchased a chest of drawers from the Jones Street branch in Kimberley last week. When I unwrapped the chest of drawers, I saw that one of the handles was loose. The next day I went to report it and the lady who had assisted me with the sale said that she will send someone out the same day to look at it but he never came. I then went back to the store yesterday and complained to the manager. She apologised and said that the assembler will come out the same day. Again no one has come out. I will not keep going to the store to get this broken product fixed. Either you people sort this our or come and fetch your chest of drawers and refund me my R2000. I don't have time and money to waste.
