Dishonesty

I had an account with lewis store of which I purchased a bed and fridge and which I encountered some problems and where partly resolved. The year 2016 they came to fetch my bed nd said they will replace it nd they didn't they later said they keeping the bed nd the amount I paid toward the goods will allow them to close my account of which they didn't instead now they sending me bills that I owe them and I don't understand how wen they said they closing the account. The account they send me says I owe them money which is the price of the goods original price and they added interest
