Dishonest service

Lewis store is Thabazimbi mall sold me an out of stock bed knowing quite well that they don’t have that stock and after 3 weeks of wait they presented an unfair offer. I drove to their store today for the 3rd to get a solution or cancel the sale but instead I’m being told by the beach manager that his senior will have to attend to this matter and get back to me…another wait and possible petrol waste. I am unhappy with how the entire sale was handled and it shows that the store will do anything to secure a sale even if it means they have to lie to a customer.
