Dishonest and disgrace of a company.

I bought a kelvinator washing machine last year August.It started giving problems. So i contacted beaufortwest branch and after a long wait and struggle got my machine picked up. Three days later brought back saying nothing is wrong. I did washing and send a video and sound recording to the manager and nothing again. The worst part for me is when u get your items back unfixed and full of scratches your stuff get damaged and not repaired and u get stuck with the damaged stuff. DONT BUY FROM THEM EVER.
