Disgusting service from Lewis Stores

I have been battling with Lewis Stores for the past ten years.

I lost my I.D a few years back and reported it at the Police Station, someone picked it up and used it to **********ly open an account at a Lewis Store.

My name or I.D was then listed at the South African ***** prevention services. From then on I could not do anything, can't buy a car,house,open any account .

I cleared my name at SAFPS and was taken off the list and now I only needed a letter from Lewis confirming that my name was cleared and was taken off the list so I can continue with my life and unfreeze my bank account so I can access my money.

I have tried calling the Lewis head office and they keep telling me the matter is being investigated and will call me back within 24 to 48 hrs but they never do.

I have to call back every week and speak to someone new everytime and start from scratch explaining my problem.

I am Very ?and disgusted with how they have treated and handled my case.

My life has been a struggle for the past ten years.
