Disgusting service

I went to a Lewis store like 3month ago to try and open an account I was told I qualify howver I left my documents and after a week so I was told Lewis listed me under the South African ***** and prevention services, I don't have an account with Lewis, I couldn't finish up the process of applying because I got too busy with work, i can't do anything now because iam blocked and for what?? I tried getting hold of Lewis but no one has been able. To help me, iam utterly disgusted by the whole thing
