Disgusting Service by Lewis staff

<p>a week ago my sister wrote a review about one of the staff at Lewis store who failed to do her job properly and this morning the lady by the name of Zanele took it up upon herself to call my mother and insult her for putting a review about her on hell porter then hung up I'm so disgusted by how this lady called shouting and insulting my mother then hanging up,at the end of the day she is still a customer and this isn't the type of customer service you should be giving your customers. She will be paying her bill and closing her account. People like Zanele are the reason why I will be telling people to avoid Lewis </p>
