Disgusting Service!

So after several attempts of having them setup a direct debit all attempts failed I've sent numerous emails and still had no feedback! They finallly sent the collector to my property and I was unfortunately not available as you can imagine a normal person would be at work on Monday at 12pm however my aunt made a part payment and the guy advised her that he will return this evening as he wants his full payment! I'm not happy with this as you clearly cannot force ppl to give you more than they can afford at the time I know my rights and I will not tolerate this if I do not receive a response I will go to the ombudsman as this is inappropriate behaviour threatening customers geez what and who do they think they are busy with!!! The service at the store is even more compelling as the lady (Mrs hanky) that calls has no people skills at all and no way of talking, I would really not advise anyone to purchase from this store
