Disgusting attitude. Inconsiderate. Unprofessional. Illiterate too.

What a waste of my productive time! How odious can this get! I get approve online for credit, but declined in-store. The manager had a stink attitude and does not give you chances to speak nor to explain how she's going the wrong path. She's unprofessional with her colleagues in while there are customers. Apparently she's doing what's best for the company, yet how can my cousin be approved and got a 55 inch Television (working for IQ Foods and a 6 month contract) and me (year to year contract, working for WCED) optionally permanent. This is so unfair. The lady in charge should actually know better since here daughter is an educator self. Plus one of her co-workers'girlfriends. Unfortunately she let a credit application slip through her fingers, degrading the company. I have proof for all of this. She took her bad day and turned it on me with her disgusting attitude.

To be honest, she must be replaced with someone who knows the company better and only do what's best for actual business, by allowing the selection process to be more precise when it comes to employees being employed on a contract or permanent basis. Lewis stores must review their economics relationship with their clients, otherwise she'll be the reason for the store to close down.

Very dissatisfied with the service offered! Please visit other Lewis Stores for service please. The one in Parow wastes a lot of time just to show you away. They are clearly unaware of the current dynamics of employment.
