Disgusting and totally unacceptable customer service

On the 28th of January 2023 I went to Lewis Store in Alberton. Purchased a twin tub washing machine and a microwave. This took 4hours.Washing machine was reported faulty, 3 Feb. Only collected on the 11th of February after asking every day what's going on. An email was sent to Head Office on the 22nd of Feb. I received a 9sec call on the 23rd of Feb. No call back. Today I received a call from the store, stating that there is nothing wrong with the machine, the water outlet pipe needs to lay flat for the water to be able to pump out!! Honestly! I am fuming at the odassity that they have to tell me such nonsense. I have requested them to cancel the buy, as I have used the "non working" twin tub for 1/2 hour. A day before payment is to be made, they suddenly make contact!! The service we have received is not acceptable! We went back to the store on Sunday the 29th of January for the cash backs. John the manager, said that they would do the cashback transaction then. Not having transport, we walked to the store, only to find that Mr John, had decided that he was not going to open the store that day.3 Staff members were waiting outside, after no one could get hold of Mr John. They left eventually, after 35min. We had been waiting for almost 2 hours!! The cutlery on show had been used, teas**** and tables**** was dirty with mouth marks and food on! Once again, they are to keep their machine, I am Not interested. I am disgusted with the service we have received.
