Disgusted with the service and lack of integrity from Lewis North End Port Elizabeth.

Bought a lounge suite cash from Lewis store in North End Port Elizabeth. delivery was done next day however al 3 sofas was damaged on delivery sit was not properly covered could see that it was rewrapped and obviously came from the branches floor after a promise was made that we will be getting a brand new set from there wearhouse upstairs. on the 3 seater the back was loose on the one side we did not accept that sofa on delivery right after they with a promise to bring an new 3 seater the next day the let and we unwrapped the the 1 and 2 seater and saw that the 1 seaters arm rest was also completely broken and the 2 seater stitching was coming loos and foot was cracked corners where worn... we phoned the managers and said we wanted our money back they can come to pick it up again she promised a new set by the next day however when we phoned back the next day nothing had been done and they say they don't have the cash for a refund. like to say that a refund is not an option... no inspection was done before delivery and these people have no integrity with a million excuses.
