Disgusted in Lewis stores claims department during lock down

Due to the lock down in 2020 i could not work but did have insurance on the goods i purchased at lewis as i had loss of income.So when Lewis stores in Ladysmith opened up i went to the srore to make a claim on my insurance i filled in the forms at the store and gave them a letter from my Employer stating i had loss of income the lady at the store said she will email all documents to the head office but the head office is closed as they still on lock down but i should make a payment every week off 150 rand which i did only to find out a few months later NO CLAIM was sent in and due to that my account is in arreas then they said i must bring in a 6 month bank statement which i did but never heard back again from Lewis claims deparment only to see that due to my account in arreas my insurance has been cancelled nothing was ever sent to there head office i am very digusted in lewis stores and there claims department as every one had a difficult time durring the lock down to be **** to every time
