DISGUSTED - BEDBUGS FOUND IN NEW BED!!!

I purchased a bed in January 2019 from Lewis stores Oudtshoorn. I stared using the bed and a month later i found that the bed is covered with bedbugs., however right after i purchased the bed i noticed some blood spots on the sheets but i really didn't take not until i turned the bed around on Monday 19.02.2019. I immediately contacted the branch, first the salesman i reported it to, he never called me back as he promised and i had to keep calling,i eventually ended up speaking to the useless branch manger who really pist me off,she told me that it could be that i have these bugs in my home which i see as an insult, i asked her nicely it they cant come and get the bed before my house is full of these bugs, she told me i cant expected lewis stores to collect the bed and bring the bugs in to the store, i told he excuse me now the bugs must come and live in my house!!! She suggested that they will send pest control to clean the bed, i haven't heard from hear again. Those sales people are quick to help you when you want to purchase something now that i have a problem they turning a blind eye!!! She also informed me that the bed lost its garentee and warrenty , its rally disgusting, im so angry i feel like dumping the bed in that useless store, thats the ***est thing ive every experienced!!
